One Licence
1. Grant of Licence
This licence grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the licensed font for the permitted uses listed below. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the licensor.
2. Permitted Use
2.1 Desktop Use
OTF Format
The OTF font file may be installed on one computer. The licensee may use the font for any purpose including print, logo creation, branding, artwork, advertising, packaging, social media assets, editorial use, and any other static or rasterised design output.
The licence permits commercial and non-commercial use, including use in products for sale.
3. Restrictions
3.1 The font file may not be copied, shared, distributed, lent, sold, uploaded, or provided in any way to third parties. This applies to both the original file and any modified versions.
3.2 The licensee may not sublicense, assign, donate, or transfer the font or this licence to any other individual, organisation, or entity.
3.3 Embedding the font in software, hardware, SaaS platforms, server environments, or any product that allows end users to access or extract the font is prohibited unless a separate extended licence is purchased.
3.4 The licensee may not convert, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the font for the purpose of redistribution, nor may they create derivative fonts intended for distribution.
3.5 The font may not be used in any manner that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful.
4. Backups and Internal Sharing
4.1 The licensee may create one backup copy of the font that is stored securely and not accessible to any third party.
4.2 The font may only be used by the individual or organisation that purchased the licence. Internal employees or contractors may use the font solely on the licensed computer and only for the licensee’s projects.
5. Ownership
This licence covers usage rights only. All rights, title, and interest in the typeface and associated font software remain the exclusive property of Super Alpine. No ownership is transferred through this agreement.
6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1 The font is provided as is. Super Alpine makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a specific purpose or merchantability. Super Alpine is not liable for any damages, losses, interruptions, or claims resulting from the use or inability to use the font.
6.2 The licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Super Alpine, its owners, and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal fees, or losses arising from:
- misuse of the font,
- unlawful or infringing use,
- distribution of the font in breach of this licence, or
- any content created by the licensee using the font.
7. Termination
This licence will terminate automatically if any of its terms are breached. Upon termination, the licensee must delete all copies of the font from all devices, servers, backups, and storage.
8. Governing Law
This licence is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be settled in UK courts.
